A powerful tool designed to gain insight about one’s behavior and more importantly, learn and understand more about the various behaviors they interact with in the workplace. 

Personal Values Inventory
An assessment of values systems or better known as internal motivation, what they mean and how they impact what we do at work and throughout our daily lives. 

Myers-Briggs Type Indicator
Based on type theory, this popular instrument measures psychological preferences in how people perceive the world. 

ProfileX (suitable for coaching and career transition)
Predicts job suitability and accurately matches people with the work they do. 

CheckPoint 360°™ (suitable for executive coaching)
The CheckPoint 360° Feedback System™ is a multi-rater feedback process that allows leaders to compare the opinions of others with their own perceptions, positively identify their strengths and pinpoint areas needing improvement. 

Customer Service Profile™
The Customer Service Profile assesses the attitudes and customer service proficiency of employees and job candidates in each of the following industries: healthcare, financial services, hospitality, business services and retail.
