Why has the number of formal sexual harassment complaints increased at alarming rates in the past five years?  There is no doubt about the level of heightened awareness regarding sexual harassment in the workplace.  This important session explains why supervisors and managers must take every complaint seriously.  They will learn how to deal with unwelcome behavior issues.  This program also stresses legal awareness and the investigative process.  Participants will learn the different forms of sexual harassment and why every sexual harassment related matter needs to be taken seriously.
