PerforMAX Premium Program - $6,500 (6 months)

         ·     24/7 Hotline available to all employees at all times.

Each individual is assigned their personal counselor who will be made available on a 24 hour 7 day a week basis for their initial support and guidance.

·    Career Coaching – Making the transition to your next career.

Coaching sessions 1-2 times per month for first three months, one time per month for next three months.  Maximum of nine times throughout 6 month period. 

·    (Optional) Executive Development – A series of training and development programs aimed at honing leadership skills (based on need and recommendation).

Facilitation of a series of targeting training and development programs scheduled and conducted after needs analysis and recommendations.  Programs to include:

·    Resume Writing – How to create a resume that will attract the most attention in the job market.

Developing and writing a professional resume by a career counselor.  Tips and suggestions on how to best market the resume and gain an edge with employers.  As an added service completed resumes will be posted, at no charge, on several online career websites. 

·    To Choose or Not to Choose – The advantages and disadvantages of becoming a consultant versus an entrepreneur or staying in the corporate environment.

A special one-on-one counseling session dedicated exclusively to exploring new career options.  This session will measure the options of exploring various new endeavors including remaining in the corporate environment compared to entertaining possible career changes like consulting or entrepreneurial roles.

·    Interviewing Skills – Guaranteed flawless interview techniques that will assist in securing a job quicker than anyone else.

Since it is often the case that many displaced employees have not been on interviews for years, they need to be re-introduced to the nuances of interviewing with prospective employers.  This intense session reviews the various types of interview techniques that employers use today and how to best present oneself in order to maximize the chances of obtaining employment.  Special one-on-one mock interviewing sessions are especially designed to hone interviewing skills. 

·    Money, Money, Money – Our certified financial planners will assist you in developing a financial plan for you and your family so that you can focus on your future career.

We have numerous certified financial planners ready to review and discuss any number of areas in need including personal financial budgets, investment planning, what to do with those 401(k) monies and lots more.  While much of this session is driven by the individual, our planners take the time to review both financial and life measures so that the future can be secure. 

·    Dealing with Change – What it’s like to get used to the notion of not working for your former employer and reenergizing oneself for the future.

Since dealing with change is no easy task, our counselors are specially trained to assist individuals in smoothly making the transition from one employer to the next.  These sessions will be incorporated within the other counseling session during the initial 6 month period of the relationship. 

·    Assessment Tools – PerforMAX uses numerous assessment tools to help individuals get a clear picture of behavior styles, career strengths and preferred opportunities for the future.

Getting a better understanding of where you are and where you need to go is a fundamental aspect of our own individual growth and development.  To that end, PerforMAX uses a number of popular assessment tools throughout this program to gain better perspective and insight.  These include:

Understanding Yourself and Others (DISC Behavioral Analysis)
ProfileXT – Measures Cognitive Ability + Occupational Interests + Behavioral Traits

PerforMAX Plus Program - $4,750  (3 months)
