Managing Performance / Developing Relations

Establish a true commitment to help employees

What is often said:
“I never seem to have any problem establishing goals for employees but I don’t know how to address alternatives when these goals are not accomplished.”

PROGRAM OVERVIEW
Did you know that that less than 10% of employees view their performance management program as effective and over 70% say they are more confused than enlightened by it.  Leaders are expected to measure their subordinate’s performance, provide feedback, develop future objectives and monitor behavior.  In order to do this, they must first establish a true commitment to help their employees reach their maximum potential.  This program will assist leaders in providing employees with a clear sense of direction.  They will learn how to establish measurable standards of performance so they can evaluate objectives.  A special emphasis will be placed on individual development planning so employees can maximize their potential and provide the most value to your company.
